We have extensive experience in fabricating and installing machine guards.

For small jobs, clear plastic on its own can be shaped and bent to suit a particular application. On large installations a strong lightweight aluminium frame is used with clear plastic. Sliding doors, windows etc. can all be custom made to suit the particular guarding requirement.

 

Polycarbonate is usually used - its benefits are:

250 times stronger than glass

Lightweight (approx 1/2 that of glass)

Lower initial and replacement cost

Does not shatter into small fragments like glass
